What is the Refund Policy For Underwear?

We are so confident you'll find the KRONIS trunks the best underwear you've ever worn that we will offer you a no questions asked FULL REFUND for your FIRST PURCHASE.
In the unlikely event that that you require a refund, kindly email us at email@example.com for more information on raising a Return Authorization (RA) case to return the unworn (single) pair of trunks.
What About Sizing?
KRONIS trunks come in 4 sizes (Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large).
Please refer to the size table for more information.
If you’re in between sizes and/or haven’t worn trunks before you may want to consider sizing up.
Please let me know if you require a change is size by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
and we’d gladly send you a replacement in another size.
What’s the Cost of Shipping
Standard shipping is FREE across the US with delivery expected between 3 -5 business days.
2 Day Shipping is offered for an additional $4.95
We plan to offer shipping across UK/Europe by the end of 2020.

We’d love for your KRONIS trunks to keep you feeling comfortable and supported for as long as possible, so please follow these instructions for best and lasting care.
Warm Gentle Wash With Like Colors
Do Not Bleach
Do Not Tumble Dry
Dry In The Shade
Do Not Iron
Do Not Dry Clean
Warm gently wash, not exceeding 40C or 105F.
NOTE: Dry in the shade to avoid fading however if you must tumble tumble dry, please use a low temperate to avoid damaging the elastic waistband.
